Our technologies are focused on high-speed communication with low cost. Our products such as SmartIPBX, SmartVoice etc are IP enabled products, which is the widely used methodology.
While Standard bodies have defined a set of open standard architecture, the industry now needs a competency center with a core understanding of the open services space. Access Networks Open Services competency center understands the varied needs of the different players in the telecom domain and recognizes the complexities involved in migrating between network technologies and its resulting impact on revenue and growth.
Our products are based on open standard architecture. We deal with IP protocols such as SIP, H.323, MGCP, and RTP etc. Access Networks SmartIPBX is enabled with JTAPI and TAPI that is flexible with various devices and application. Our SmartVoice includes VXML interpreter that supports web driven voice applications. Our solutions enable integration with various TTS and ASRs.
The Voice Extensible Markup Language, is designed for creating audio dialogs that feature synthesized speech, digitized audio, recognition of spoken and DTMF key input, and recording of audio for telephony applications. It brings the advantage of web technologies to a telephone user by providing an interactive voice response (IVR) mechanism
Our VoIP gateway based on Embedded system uses distributed design architecture in order to enhance the speed of operation. It also enables ease of up-gradation to the upcoming technologies. It uses ARM7 TDMI microcontroller and a Teak Lite DSP core.
